United Interfaith Foundation – India (UIFI) delegation led by Satnam Singh Ahluwalia (General Secretary UIFI) called upon His Eminence Cardinal Charles Maung Cardinal Bo SDB, Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar, Burma), His Excellency Most Revd. Leopoldo Girelli, (Apostolic Nuncio to India and Nepal), Auxiliary Bishop John Saw Yaw Han (Archdiocese of Yangon, Myanmar, Burma) along with Most Revd. Archbishop Thomas D'Souza (Archbishop of Calcutta), Fr Franklin Menezes (Pro Vicar of the Cathedral of the Most Holy Rosary), Moulana Syed Zaki Hasan Rizvi (Imam e Jumma Kolkata) , Divakar Chaitanya Ji Maharaj (Chinmay Mission Kolkata) and Imran Zaki (VP UIFI).

Leopoldo Girelli, (Apostolic Nuncio to India and Nepal) both thanked and expressed their deep gratitude to the members of United Interfaith Foundation for coming and welcoming them to the City. They expressed their deep joy in seeing the Unity in Diversity in the city. They thanked the members of UIFI in maintaining the social fabric of India intact in the City in celebrating each other joys and sharing each others sorrows. The Cardinal praised the foundation's goal of sharing ideas and hopes through interfaith dialogue and the promotion of religious freedom.
